Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of iCalFeed, a shared calendar service operated by EBITDA LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using iCalFeed, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What iCalFeed Is

iCalFeed is a web-based service that lets organizations create shared calendars. You add events through a dashboard, and your members subscribe to those calendars using the iCal standard. The calendars sync to their phone's calendar app (Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.) automatically.

Your Account

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your password.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

Acceptable Use

You may use iCalFeed for any lawful purpose. You may not:

  • Use the service to distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or collect data from the service beyond normal use.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any organization.

Your Content

You own the content you put into iCalFeed — your organization name, calendar names, event titles, descriptions, and other information you provide. We don't claim ownership of your content.

By using iCalFeed, you give us permission to host, store, and distribute your content as needed to operate the service. This includes serving your calendar data to anyone who subscribes to your iCal feed. When you delete your content or close your account, we will remove your data from our active systems.

Pricing & Payment

iCalFeed offers a free plan and paid plans. The features and limits of each plan are described on our Pricing page.

We may change our pricing at any time. If we change the price of a plan you're currently on, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before the new price takes effect.

Service Availability

We do our best to keep iCalFeed running smoothly, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for any disruptions or downtime.

Termination

You can stop using iCalFeed at any time. If you want to delete your account, contact us at [email protected].

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your use of the service poses a risk to other users or our infrastructure. We'll try to give you notice before doing so, unless the situation requires immediate action.

Limitation of Liability

iCalFeed is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the service's reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EBITDA LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of iCalFeed, including but not limited to loss of data, missed events, or scheduling errors. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or by posting a notice on the service. Your continued use of iCalFeed after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of iCalFeed shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Tennessee.
